Hi, I’m Kayla
I am a New Yorker turned Spanish businesswoman and English speech coach who has supported remote professionals for over five years working with managers, C-suite executives, sales teams, and human resources departments. I received my B.A. in New York from SUNY Oneonta in Spanish and International Development Studies and my M.A. in Spain from the University of Salamanca in International Cooperation for Development. I completed my Master’s degree in my second language.
As an American who relocated to Spain in 2018, I am fascinated by the skills necessary to work confidently and effectively in global atmospheres across languages and cultures. I have trained speakers from more than 20 linguistic backgrounds and conducted hundreds of online communication workshops for English-speaking professionals throughout my coaching career.
What I love most about collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds is the wealth of knowledge I gain about different industries. I have worked with 6-figure entrepreneurs, IT, software, consulting, accounting, and cybersecurity companies, as well as supported university professionals, actors, and international keynote speakers. My roster of clients includes employees from brands like Google, Marriott, Wix, PayPal, Monday, Deloitte, and Chegg.
Hello, I'm Fernando
I’ve spent more than two decades working in environments where leadership stops being theory and starts carrying real consequences. I began leading teams at 18, across different NGOs and in municipal politics. Now, at 42, I continue to do so in the business environment. What lies in between isn’t just time – it’s decisions and mistakes that force you to develop judgment, to understand what sustains a system and what quietly erodes it from within.
I’m Co-Founder of Ambientium Group, and I work at the intersection of strategy, power, and execution in leadership. My focus is not on theory, but on how control is built and exercised under pressure, uncertainty, and real responsibility. The core of my work is self-governance – because no leader can sustain external power without internal control.
Through Ambientium Evolution, I work with professionals who need to operate with greater precision across three levers: the language they use to think, interpret, and position themselves; their ability to regulate themselves and make clear decisions under pressure; and execution – when there is no longer room for improvisation. I don’t work on motivation; I work on the capacity to sustain difficult decisions without losing direction. Personal leadership is not introspection – it is structure, judgment, and consistency in action.”
