For over 18 years, he led teams and designed programs in internationally respected NGOs, within the social and international cooperation sectors. These experiences not only shaped his collaborative leadership style but also deepened his belief in the power of collective action guided by purpose to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Kayla

Kayla is a New Yorker turned Spanish businesswoman and English speech coach who has supported remote professionals for over five years working with managers, C-suite executives, sales teams, and human resources departments. She received her B.A. in New York from SUNY Oneonta in Spanish and International Development Studies and her M.A. in Spain from the University of Salamanca in International Cooperation for Development. She completed her Master’s degree in her second language.
