Hi, I’m Kayla
Kayla is a New Yorker turned Spanish businesswoman and English speech coach who has supported remote professionals for over five years working with managers, C-suite executives, sales teams, and human resources departments. She received her B.A. in New York from SUNY Oneonta in Spanish and International Development Studies and her M.A. in Spain from the University of Salamanca in International Cooperation for Development. She completed her Master’s degree in her second language.
As an American who relocated to Spain in 2018, she is fascinated by the skills necessary to work confidently and effectively in global atmospheres across languages and cultures. Kayla has trained speakers from more than 20 linguistic backgrounds and conducted hundreds of online communication workshops for English-speaking professionals throughout her coaching career. What she loves most about collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds is the wealth of knowledge she gains about different industries. Kayla has worked with 6-figure entrepreneurs, IT, software, consulting, accounting, and cybersecurity companies as well as supported university professionals, actors, and international keynote speakers. Her roster of clients includes employees from brands like Google, Marriott, Wix, PayPal, Monday, Deloitte, and Chegg.

His professional journey has always been driven by a commitment to people’s growth. For over 18 years, he has led teams and designed programs in internationally respected NGOs, within the social and international cooperation sectors. These experiences have not only shaped his collaborative leadership style but also deepened his belief in the power of collective action guided by purpose to create meaningful, lasting impact.
Over time, he embarked on a more personal path and founded his own coaching business. He trained with leading experts in emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming, and human potential development. He learned that knowledge alone is not enough. Without strategy and execution, there is no transformation. That’s why he built a results-driven methodology focused on sustainable progress and continuous evolution.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer at Ambientium Group, his mission is to ensure clarity, excellence, and alignment across all aspects of our operations. He turns ideas into action, empower teams, and ensure every decision and process reflects our purpose: to help visionary leaders redefine the standards of their impact.
